3. Because we manage so many condos in the Beaver Village Condominiums complex, we are able to keep ski clubs close to one another - a very important consideration for ski clubs.
4. All of our condos are spacious, with one bedrooms beginning at 685 square feet, our two bedrooms at 900 square feet and our three bedrooms at 1150 square feet.
5. Many of our condos have multiple bedding types, not just queen beds which offer more bedding for ski clubs. If you are a ski club be sure to ask about our condos with twins, captain's bunks, bunk beds or trundle beds in the second bedroom. Extra bedding in a condo is a great way to bring down the cost of a ski trip per person.
6. Beaver Village Condos has meeting space with a catering kitchen. Our space can host up to 100 people in the entire meeting room or two groups of 50 when the large meeting room is closed off into two separate meeting spaces. Most meeting rooms will not allow groups to bring in outside food, but Beaver Village Condominiums encourages it, we even have caterers that we work with that offer our groups special deals on meals.

8. Beaver Village Condos is even close to Winter Park Resort and has a "gondola on wheels" - well almost! We have a bus line that comes through our complex every thirty minutes during the ski season and drives directly non stop to Wintter Park Resort. During the busy times, we also have an additional shuttle provided by our complex that supplements the town shuttle so that you have access to a shuttle to Winter Park Resort every 15 minutes. Now that is service and really just like a "Gondola on Wheels"!
