Winter Park Lodging Vacation Home Rental

Beaver Village Condominiums, managed by Teverbaugh Heaton Management Company, now offers Winter Park lodging options in "Old Town" located only four blocks from Winter Park Resort. This vacation home, named the "Fir House", is an authentic ski chalet with four bedrooms and two bathrooms available for nightly lodging rentals.  This four bedroom home on Fir Drive in Old Town Winter Park is the perfect vacation getaway for individuals or families. The home with views of Winter Park Resort, is not a ski-in/ski-out lodging property, but is easily accessible to the resort with quick access to the free town shuttle that will take you right to the base of Winter Park.

The home's floor plan has two bedrooms, located on the lower level of the house.  Each of these bedrooms has queen beds and are joined by a "jack and jill" bathroom.  The bathroom also has a compact washer and dryer, a major plus in a vacation home rental, which comes in handy when trying to keep a family or group in order.

The upstairs level of the home features two more bedrooms.  One of the rooms is a perfect kids room with extra bedding between a queen and twin bed along with plenty of room to romp around! The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV plus french doors that open to the most charming forested view.

The downstairs level of the home has a small galley kitchen and an open dining and living area for easy informal gatherings with your friends or family.  The vacation home also features two exterior parking spaces right next to the main entrance.

Amenities include: complimentary wireless internet, covered entry deck, gas burning fireplace.  One small dog is allowed.  Please check with our front desk about the pet policies for this home.

Please note: The second stairway to the second level is narrow. This home is a non-smoking.

Check in is located at the Beaver Village Condos Complex managed by Teverbaugh Heaton Management Company.  The offices are located at 50 Village Dr, Winter Park, 80482. Check-in is guaranteed after 4:00pm /check-out is at 10:00am. Hours of operation are 8:00am-10:00pm during ski season. Please inquire about late night instructions.  You may also view the clubhouse hours of operations.  Advance reservations are required. Please note that promotions for the Fir House may vary from the promotions that are advertised for Beaver Village Condominiums.

Policies: A minimum night stay of 2 to 4 nights is required depending on the season. One night deposit is requested at the time of reservation and final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations inside of 30 days are subject to full forfeiture. Lodging Protection is available for an additional 8% of lodging revenue and will be added to the overall cost of the reservations.
