General Information on Rates for Beaver Village Condominiums:
Rates are nightly.Please add 14.9% resort fees & tax to rates. For your insurance, Lodging Protection is added to your reservation at 8% of the lodging total. Lodging Protection insures you from unforeseen circumstance and allows you to cancel your lodging up until the day of your arrival, less the 8%. Please inquire for detailed coverage information. If you choose to decline the Lodging Protection, the reservation is subject to one night lodging rate if cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival and subject to full forfeiture inside of 30 days from arrival.
One night stays are accepted at most other times, please add an additional $30.00 surcharge for one night stays. Event weekends may require a 2 night stay. Please check with us when booking your lodging.
