At Beaver Village Condominiums, we offer a wide variety of unit sizes from one, two, three and four bedroom condominiums. Each condo has the same basic floor plan with a full kitchen, living room, dining room and bedrooms/bathrooms based on the size of the condominium. We manage over 100 condos in the entire complex so we can accommodate the vacation rental needs of individuals, families, youth group ski trips, adult groups, ski clubs and family reunions. Groups coming to Winter Park especially love our property because we are able to keep their rentals close to one another.

Condo Location and Transportation - Pure Convenience!
You will find it convenient staying with us as our condominium complex is within a 2 block walking distance of downtown Winter Park, which means you are close to shopping, dining and nightlife. In the summer it only takes a short walk to get to Hideaway Park home of the Winter Park Blues Fest, Winter Park Jazz Festival and other free music festivals held in this beautiful outdoor concert pavilion.
Skiing or snowboarding at Winter Park Resort? Take it easy on yourself and keep your car parked in our parking lot. Catch a ride on the free shuttle also known as the LIFT that comes through our condo complex in the winter every hour (during the busy season, every 30 minutes). Beaver Village Condominiums also has a private shuttle that runs during the busy season to supplement the LIFT bus. We are also only a six minute drive or bus ride from Winter Park Resort.
So summer or winter, our condos are an easy lodging choice when it comes to convenience for you.
Condominium Amenities and Check In Information
Guests of Beaver Village Condominiums check in at our clubhouse which is located at the entrance of the complex. The clubhouse features an indoor heated pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, locker rooms, laundry facilities and a meeting room for up to 100 people.
