The condos are listed by unit number and each condominium will feature a description of that particular condo and the amenities that are specific to the vacation rental. We wanted to bring your attention to some of our condominiums, where the owners have done some major improvements and upgrades to their condo. We like to highlight upgraded condominiums as our featured condos. These featured condos, which we have listed below for you, represent an example of rooms tastefully decorated by our homeowners. You will find a brief description of each of the condos, along with photos of the upgrades that the homeowners have done to their condominium.
All of the condos on our vacation rental program have consistency on the floor plans of our condos, along with the basic amenities like dishes, pots, pans, tableware, linens and towels that are always included in your rental. All of the condos in our vacation rental program also have the same floor plan with a full living room, dining room and kitchen. The size of the condos will also be the same and will only vary based on type of condominium you choose for your vacation rental. For example, if you have a one bedroom condo, that condo will have one bathroom. If you pick a two bedroom condo then your vacation rental will have two bathrooms, the three bedroom only has two bathrooms. In general, all of our two bedroom condos may be locked off to represent a one bedroom condo. The condos also have sofa sleepers in the living areas which generally allows the condos to sleep an additional one to two people. Sometimes maximizing pillow space is what can make that Winter Park vacation rental affordable with everyone splitting the bill and those extra beds count!
