Where is Winter Park Colorado? Winter Park is located about 67 miles from Denver. Our lodging location, Beaver Village Condos is located in Winter Park, Colorado. The property is nestled in the Arapahoe National Forest at the entrance to the town of Winter Park, 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort and 35 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Driving Directions From DIA: From the airport,  exit on to Pena Boulevard to Interstate-70 west. Take I-70 west to exit 232 (U.S. Hwy 40). Proceed north on Highway 40 (about 25 miles) to Winter Park. Beaver Village Condominiums is located two miles past Winter Park Resort. We are the first property on the left hand side of the road (west side) located on Village Drive. Our green oval sign is located at the entrance of the drive.

Driving Directions: From I-70 East at Silverthorne take Route 9 to Kremmling.  From Route 9, take Highway 40 East. Proceed through Kremmling, Hot Sulpher Springs, Granby, Tabernash, to Winter Park; approximately 50 miles. Go through the town of Winter Park, as you are exiting town make a right hand turn onto Village Drive. Our green oval sign is located at the entrance of the drive. If you reach the ski area you have gone to far.
