Rates are nightly. Please add 14% resort fee & tax to rates. For your protection, Lodging Insurance is added to your reservation at 8% of the lodging total. Lodging Insurance protects you from unforeseen circumstance and allows you to cancel your lodging up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival. Please inquire for detailed coverage information. If you choose to decline the Lodging Protection, the reservation is subject to one night lodging rate if cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival and subject to full forfeiture inside of 30 days from arrival.

Minimum Night Stays 2010-2011
4 nights- Spring Break (March 12-26)
4 nights- Holiday season (Dec 24-Jan 1)
3 nights- President's Weekend (Feb 18-20)
2 nights- MLK weekend (Jan 14-16)
One night stays are accepted at most other times, please add an additional $30.00 surcharge for one night stays.
Condo Check in guaranteed after 4pm, check -out is 10am. Please see our Clubhouse hours for seasonal hours.
