Beaver Village Condominiums specializes in Winter Park group retreats, reunions, weddings, ski club functions and meetings

We have been in the group lodging business since 1983. You will find that we can provide you with attentive service, attention to detail and just be fun people to work with, making your group experience a positive one!  Join us this summer at one of the many Winter Park music festivals or events. Where else can you have this much fun above 9,000 feet!

Our meeting room is 1500 square feet big and best for groups up to 75 people. The carpeting is new as of Fall 2006, with new wood blinds over the floor to ceiling windows and a connected catering kitchen. The kitchen is a unique amenity to our property as it allows groups to bring in their own food & beverage. However, if a group doesn't want to cook for themselves, we are well connected with several catering companies in town who will take care of any meals requested!

Conference ServicesOur group coordinator is on site and will assist you with your rooming list, meeting needs and organizing your stay. Since we have only one meeting room, you have our undivided attention! Our group coordinator can also assit with contacts in town whether for your wedding, retreat or ski group. Please contact our group coordinator for meeting room availability and group proposal.

Meeting Room and Audio Visual

The meeting room is approximately 1500 square feet and can be divided in two halves each seating approximately 50 people in theater style. Splitting the room is a good option for groups who want breakout space or a seperate room for dining. You will find complimentary high speed wireless internet in both the meeting room and lobby area.

Our Audio visual inventory is limited and we invite you to bring your own. If that is not an option, please let us know well in advance so that we may make the approriate arrangements.

Property Layout Our property is set up in a "campus style" setting with our condos clustered around the clubhouse then branching into three cul-de-sacs. This property layout makes it easy on you and members of your Winter Park Group Retreat to have convenient access to each other and to the clubhouse where our meeting room, swimming pool, hot tubs and sauna are located. 

Group Actvities Beaver Village Condominiums is located in the town of Winter Park. We are minutes from shopping, dining, and nightlife. For those that prefer more active options, you will be happy to know that our property is surrounded by the Arapahoe National Forest, meaning trails are minutes from your door for hiking, biking, walking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing.

We work with several activity partners that offer group discounts and can help you make these arrangements!
