This one bedroom one bathroom condo located in Winter Park Colorado has a distinct lodge feel! Rich wood furnishings and a plush living room couch create a warm touch to the living room. The dining room area compliments the open floor plan and holds a large solid maple dining table for meals. The kitchen area has everything you need from a full fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Flatware, dishes and cookware are also included making this wonderful vacation rental feel like a home away from home.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and master bathroom. Additional bedding can be found utilizing the queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Location: Beaver Village Condos complex, the building is located behind the Clubhouse up the drive in building 11, 2nd floor, in circle 10-11.

Amenities: Clubhouse with heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, laundry facility, free movies, meeting room and catering kitchen.

Transportation: On free shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park (winter only). Shuttle goes through the Beaver Village Condos complex every hour. For details please contact the front desk at 800-824-8438.

"A great home away from home!"

This condo was awesome. It had everything I needed. The only thing that I was unhappy about with the amenities is that the pool/hot tub is only open Friday through Sunday during this time of year.I was not aware of this & I had wanted to exercise in the pool & relax in the hot tub. I had intended to swim every day. Since I had arrived on Tuesday & had to leave very early Saturday morning, I only got to swim for a short time on Friday. Despite this, I had a great time. I went to winter park to relax & I did!! I spent my vacation reading on the patio and watching TV. Most days I didn't even put on make up or fix my hair. I walked around town & took pictures. I drove to grand lake & walked around taking pictures their too. I fixed most of my meals in the condo so I didn't have to leave unless I wanted to. Being in the mountains has always makes me feel so alive & peaceful and I always come home feeling like my battery has been recharged. When I decided I wanted to go to the mountains in Colorado, I wanted to go somewhere that was family oriented. Winter park really gave me a family friendly feeling. I am so glad I chose winter park.

Oh we are so happy that you had a good time with us. And sorry you were not aware of the limited clubhouse hours. Next time you come let us know so that we can direct you to the Fraser Rec Center that has a lap pool that you might enjoy. We do hope to see you again soon:)

"Wonderful and relaxing"

We stayed in this condo for two nights during a quick ski getaway. It was perfect. It was private, clean, spacious, updated and had all the amenities we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub after snowboarding and then we rented two movies for the evening. We left belongings in the condo and when we called about something we did not leave.. the front desk said, "by the way", "did you happen to leave tennis shoes, a hat, shorts and swim trunks"? that we were totally unaware at the time we had left. Very honest, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!! We will definatley recommend to others and make Beaver Village our home away from home~
