Bed was uncomfortable. Unit needed airing out and carpet needed cleaning. Otherwise very good.

"Mislead - Not meeting expectations"

We were told that the unit we would be staying in was recently updated/renovated. Other than the flooring, absolutely nothing was updated. I just never felt clean the entire time we were there.Also, we were told that that shuttle service would bring us to base of the mountain and then later once skiing ended, the shuttle would bring us to town and back. We had no problems taking the shuttle to and from the base of the mountain and to town but tons of problems taking the shuttle home from town. The shuttle would only take us as far as cooper village or drop us off across the highway at the entrance to Beaver Village Condominiums. This was truly unacceptable given the frigid temperatures and the fact that my son was suffering from altitude sickness. Having to walk even the extra 10 min outside worsened his condition (he was vomiting). I truly believe we were misled about your property and if we ever chose to return to Winter Park, I would not stay at Beaver Village Condominiums again.

Management response- We are so sorry that the experience was challenging and not what was expected. Our condos are individually owned and we will let the appropriate party know of this feedback. Our complimentary shuttle is operated by the town of Winter Park. The yellow line services Beaver Village Condos by returning from the Ski Resort to the Cooper Creek Square and then back into each cul-de-sac of our property. The yellow line effectively comes back to each condo set while other shuttle lines drop off directly at the shuttle hut located on highway 40 at our entrance. 1/25/2011 Our Homeowner would like us to know that renovations are planned for the condo during the spring season. Please look for new pictures of the upgreades this summer.
