This family-friendly unit sleeps up to six people, and is a wonderful place to stay in every season.

As a top floor, corner unit, this condo provides a little more solitude and extra natural light. Situated in a wooded setting, the forest and mountain views add to the appeal. Vaulted ceilings throughout most of the condo add the feeling of extra space. With a bench on the front balcony and seating on the private back balcony, you can relax and enjoy the views after a hard day of playing. The private balcony also features a full-sized gas grill.

A new queen sofa sleeper in the living room offers additional accommodations. There is a library of DVDs, books, games, and magazines in the condo for your enjoyment during your stay.

Natural light shines through the kitchen window to show off a newly tiled floor, along with new, full-size stainless appliances including a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The counter top bar provides extra seating.

Parking is conveniently situated in front of the condo. Window coverings throughout the condo allow for additional privacy. This unit is non-smoking, very clean, and no pets.

Location: Beaver Village Condos complex, the building is located in the building 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
