This three bedroom two bathroom condo has plenty of bedding for up to 8 total people so it is ideal for families, singles or couples. Come for the Winter Park Jazz Fest or Blues Fest in the summer and walk to events or take the free shuttle in the winter for skiing and riding at Winter Park Resort. Condo is complete with full kitchen that includes stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge, cook ware and dinner ware. Large open floor plan makes lodging in this condo comfortable for your vacation.

Bedding Configuration: King in the master bedroom, queen in second, queen in third, sofa sleeper in the living area.

Location: Beaver Village Condos complex, the building is located above the Clubhouse and near the main entrance of the condominium complex.

Amenities: Clubhouse with heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, laundry facility, free movies, meeting room and catering kitchen.

"Clean, cozy and comfy, beautiful location"

We only stayed one night, unfortunatel. We had 3 units for several friends. We stayed in unit 111 and we loved it. It wasn`t huge but big enough for fun and friends and game playing, they had lots of games in the unit. It was decorated cute and a warm feeling when you entered the unit. Would love to stay there again.

"It was okay."

The c?ndo unit we stayed in really needs to be upgraded. Kitchen appliances are really old. Oven didn't work properly; microwave is in a very uncomfortable spot, refrigerator doesnt have ice maker. Livingroom is lacking couches for a 3 bedroom. Rooms need much better lighting. Bathrooms should have towel hooks. Wifi was really really weak!Will be cautious due to this experience when iBook in the future.

Thank you for your comments. Each of our condos are individually owned so the decor will vary. However, our property management company does have decorating standards that we have asked our homeowners to adhere to in order to be on our program. All of our owners have either completely updated their condo or are in the process of updating. We do encourage our guest to be sure to review our website www.beavercondos.com to look at photos of our condos and then pick which condos they would like for their stay. We do our best to accommodate these requests if they are available.

We also like our guests to have a positive experience when staying in our condominium complex. If a guest calls about an issue with a condominium, and they call our front desk to let us know, we will then fix the problem immediately, but we need to know about the issue in order to fix the problem.

"good blues show and nice place to stay"

This was our 4th stay here for the blues fest and every year was a good time. We've had 3 different rooms and they were all nice. although building 6 had more train noise than building 1 and 4. we hope to come and stay every summer for years to come.
