"Wonderful service / Great accommodations"

Beaver Village Condos were awesome. Free shuttles to about anyplace you needed to go in the Winter Park area that came often and were on time. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great pool facilities and they provided great family videos for check out. Our family had a great time, the condo was immaculate and fit our needs perfectly.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Beaver Village Condos and would recommend it to everybody. It was peaceful, comfortable, and close to all the action downtown Winter Park.

"surprised at extra fee"

This was a delightful place to say. the room was attractive and clear. It was well furnished. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We were shocked at being told, however, that we owed an extra $30 for "cleaning" for our one night stay. We had booked through hotels.com and I certainly did not see this when I booked and paid on line. Maybe it was in the fine print...

"Had a wonderful time"

We stayed Beaver Village in 2009 and had a brill time then, so that is why we went back in 2011. The Beaver Condos are close to everything and the fact the Ski bus picks you up on site, this makes all the differance. We will with any luck be back in 2012, and may book or Condo direct this time.

"So Nice I wanted to Move In"

In my recent stay at Beaver Village I was very impressed with the one-bedroom condo I rented. It was clean, well-stocked with soap, towells, toilet paper, and dish cleaning supplies. The condo itself was well-appointed and had a nice cozy feel. It was only two block from Hide-A-way were my event was taking place, so it could not have been in a better location. It's a easy 2-3 mile walk to the Winter Park resort down the scenic bike path. Ample parking, wonderful staff helped me out when I lost my key. I will definately be staying here again next year for the same event.
