Beaver Village Condominums supports our Military Troops in Iraq and other conflicts! We are proud to be Americans and to have the brave young men and women that are out there protecting our freedoms.

We offer a 20% discount on lodging year round for vacationing active military families plus the use of our Summer Activity Gold Passes to the Winter Park Resort Area.

Our condos are the perfect type of accommodations for you to unwind and enjoy the company of your family. With all the comforts of home only it's a vacation! You will find fully decorated and equiped living and dining area, kitchens and bedrooms. A private balcony and fireplace add the final touches to a our condo experience. Tucked into the Arapahoe National Forest you will have the peace and serenity of being in Colorado. We welcome you!

Our special Activity Summer Gold passes are valid at the Winter Park Resort for the Alpine Slide, Chairlift Ride, Mini-Golf, bungee trampoline and more! Based on availability we have 4 at a time that we will sign out for you on a day of your stay. So a day of of play on us! A small way of saying our thanks to you while you are on leave time!!!
