If you are transitioning into the Winter Park/Fraser Valley this is a great solution to temporary housing. Our rates are reasonable and you will find the condos comfortable and roomy. They are fully furnished and ready to move in.

There are several storage facilities in the local area to store your furniture and other items as you decide on a permenant housing option. In the meantime, you can rest assured that you have a warm and friendly place to stay until you find exactly what you are looking for.

Construction Lodging

If you are contracting work in the area, Beaver Village Condos is a great solution to finding local housing for your team of workers. We all know the building season is short, so don't waste time looking for housing piece by piece. Here, your crew is at the same place and rates will be consistent.

Monthly Rentals are available April-November. In addition to monthly rates we request a security deposit and a weekly housekeeping tidy.

Seasonal Work Plan

Coming to work in the valley for just the summer? Rafters, interns, support jobs, hotel jobs- Beaver Village Condos provides an easy place for lodging during the summer season. Don't get strapped into year long leases or higher short term leases. We provide a fair monthly lodging rate. Condos come fully furnished and equipped so you can leave all but your play gear back home!
