Beaver Village Condominiums is committed to supporting our Winter Park community partners in lodging, vacation attractions, economic development and all other areas. We believe in participating with the organizations that give of themselves, as we see ourselves doing, to better the lifestyle and integrity of our town and community. Our support does not stop at Winter Park but extends throughout Grand County. Beaver Village Condos supports our local organizations in many ways including volunteer hours, discount lodging, memberships and monetary donations.

Our staff is individually committed to supporting organizations of their personal choosing and our company encourages participation and shared support whenever possible!

Monica Johnson

Monica is a St. Jude's Hero and will be running for St. Jude at the Chicago Marathon on October 7th 07.
She has also run in the Portland Marathon in October of '06 raising over $3000.00 for the Prostate Cancer Foundation. If you are interested in learning more or supporting her

Kevin Hickey

Kevin is taking part in an urban adventure race called The Denver Oyster which is fundraiser for Special Olympics Colorado on August 18th, 2007. Teams race throughout the city of Denver on bike, foot, skates and any and all other modes of transportation. Kevin's team is called, The Three Stooges, and needs help raising pledges for the race! Karen Schaefer

Reservations Manager, Karen Schaefer volunteered to help The American Cancer Society make its inaugural Relay for Life fundraiser a reality for the area as the Chairperson for the event. The Relay for Life fundraiser is an all night event where teams of community members raise money for a great cause and then walk around a track at the local high school all night (because cancer never sleeps). The American Cancer Society provides an abundance of services to people that are fighting for their lives as well as for their family members. One of the best parts of the Relay for Life is that 80% of proceeds are used locally. The event was a great success and is sure to gain momentum in the years to come.
