Our Winter Park Condos

Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and minutes from Winter Park Resort, which puts our condominium complex in a convenient location creating a perfect vacation rental choice for your Winter Park ski trip or summer vacation.  The large condominium complex is set in a campus style setting with three cul-de-sacs and a centrally located Clubhouse.  The entire condo complex is surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest and has spectacular views of the Continental Divide. Our condominiums can accommodate the vacation rental needs of individuals, families, youth group ski trips, adult groups, ski clubs and family reunions. 

Each of our condominiums are individually owned and may have varying decor, but each condominium has the same floor plan and a set standard that our property management company at Beaver Village Condominiums has for the condos that we manage.  Many of our homeowners have made exceptional upgrades to their condos and are now featured on our "Featured Condos Winter Park Accommodations Page.

Convenient for You
You will find it convenient staying with us as our condominium complex and condos are within 2 blocks walking distance of downtown Winter Park, CO; close to shopping, dining and nightlife. In addition, the free town shuttle, also known as the LIFT, is available in the winter to take guests to Winter Park Resort which is only 1.5 miles from our property. The LIFT is complimented by our own Beaver Bus during peak season to make transportation around our condo complex, the resort and town easy for you. (Note: the LIFT runs during the winter from December through April.) Guest Service

Beaver Village Condominiums is the only condominium complex that we manage so we can provide the best service to our guests.  Note that our Destination West guests now can also enjoy easy check in at our front desk located in the clubhouse.  This centrally located clubhouse, with our front desk, provides easy access to the condos on the complex and the Destination West properties.  Our office hours are from 8 am to 10 pm daily during the winter. Please see Clubhouse for seasonal hours of operation. After the office is closed, we have someone from our staff "on call" in case of emergencies. If you are arriving after hours we have directions for late night check in.
