Beaver Village Condominiums is located about 67 miles from Denver, Colorado, located in the town of Winter Park, 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort and 35 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. For specific directions, please note details listed below.

Driving Directions: From Denver take Interstate-70 west to exit 232 (U.S. Hwy 40). Proceed north on Highway 40 (about 25 miles) to Winter Park. Beaver Village Condominiums is located two miles past Winter Park Resort. We are the first property on the left hand side of the road (west side) located on Village Drive. Our green oval sign is located at the entrance of the drive.

Driving Directions: From Kremmling/Junction at Route 9 take Highway 40 East. Proceed through Kremmling, Hot Sulpher Springs, Granby, Tabernash, to Winter Park; approximately 50 miles. Go through the town of Winter Park, as exit town make a right hand turn onto Village Drive. Our green oval sign is located at the entrance of the drive.
