These featured condos represent an example of tastefully decorated rooms by our homeowners and we are pleased to represent them. In general, all of our two bedroom condos may be locked off to represent a one bedroom condo. If you see a condo that you like, you may request it at the time of reserving, please request the condo you are interested in by number and as a one or two bedroom based on the size of your party. The condos also have sofa sleepers in the living areas which generally allows the condos to sleep up to 6 people. Our rental management company manages 110 condos at Beaver Village Condos. One or Two Bedroom Two Bath Condo 1733
This condo may be rented as a one bedroom or a two bedroom condo. It is located on the third floor of building 17. It has a Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the second bedroom. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area.
One or Two Bedroom Two Bath Condo 0312
This condo may be rented as a one or two bedroom condo. It is located on the first floor of building 3. There is a flight of steps from the parking area down to the first floor. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom has a set of bunks with a full on the bottom and twin on the top.

This condo may be rented as a one bedroom/one bath condo or a two bedroom/two bath condo. It has a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed with a twin over a queen in the 2nd bedroom. This condo is in building two behind the Clubhouse. It is on the 3rd floor and a one bedroom only. It has newly been re-modeled and offers a forested view.
