You will find it convenient staying with us as our property and condominiums are within 2 blocks walking distance of downtown Winter Park, CO; close to shopping, dining and nightlife. In addition, the free town shuttle is available in the winter to take guests to the Winter Park Resort which is only 1.5 miles from us. The town shuttle is complimented by our own Beaver Bus transportation during peak season to make transportation easy for you. Note; the shuttle runs during the winter from December through April. Whether you want to stay overnight or for the week or for the month; our vacation rental program may be tailored to fit your needs.

Guest Service

Beaver Village Condominiums is the only condominium property we manage so we can provide the best service to our guests. The front desk is located on site in the clubhouse at the entrance of the property and within easy access to the condos. Our office hours are from 8 am to 10 pm daily during the winter. Please see Clubhouse for seasonal hours of operation. After the office is closed, we have someone from our staff "on call" in case of emergencies.
