Travel Protection is offered on your lodging stay when you make a reservation with us. This protection is added to the cost of your lodging; but protects you should you need to cancel for unforeseen circumstances. Walk-In Rates
Come to our front desk after 6 pm and receive our special "walk-in rates". Valid on all room types. Walk in rate only available for "walk-in" patrons. Rates based on availability and availability is not guaranteed. Not valid on reservations previously reserved. One night stays welcomed!!!

2007-2008 Winter Lodging Rates

Night Minimum's

4 night minimum:
Holiday 12/26-1/1, 2008
Spring break 3/15-31, 2008

3 night minimum:
MLK 1/17-21, 2008
President's Weekend 2/14-19, 2008

1 night stays are accepted otherwise; please add a $30 surcharge.

In Fall 2006 The Homeowner's associations of buildings 5-20 have installed complimentary wireless internet access in the condos for your convenience! For buildings 1-4, complimentary wireless is available at the Clubhouse. Please let us know at the time you reserve if you wish this service.

Reservation Policies

All rates are per condo and subject to 14% tax/surcharge. Initial deposit of one night's stay is due within 10 day's of booking with final payment due 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival during holiday season). $30.00 surcharge on one night stays. Cancellations, in the winter, made more than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival during holiday season) will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival (45 days or less during the holiday season), in the summer and winter, are subject to full forfeiture unless the condo can be re-rented, in which case a $75.00 cancellation charge will be assessed.


Our winter Clubhouse office hours are 8am-10pm daily.

Accommodations for the Disabled

Some of our condos are more comfortable for disabled guests than others. If you have a disability, please ask us about our options.
