Retreats and Informal Meetings

Need to unwind and get the kinks out of your team? This is the perfect meeting space for a team building or informal retreat. Unlike a traditional conference center where you are surrounded by other meetings, crowds and overzealous sales staff, you will find one quiet meeting room for your exclusive use.

Located in the centrally located Clubhouse, the meeting room has floor to ceiling windows facing the Continental Divide. As we only have one meeting room, you have our undivided attention! Our on site group coordinator will assist with meeting room requests, rooming lists and activities.

The meeting room is available to rent through our group coordinator, please email or call for availability. It is self serve set up and clean up or for a small fee we can prepare the room for you. The room is 1500 square feet and will seat: 100 theater style/ 75 picnic style/  40 classroom style/ 30 board room style
