Beaver Village Condominiums is the Perfect Location for a Colorado family reunion!

Our condos are clustered in a campus style layout making it easy for us to group your rooms close together. The condos have 1,2,3, & 4 bedrooms, allowing for couples, families and extended families to find the right fit. The property has 17 buildings that are 3 floors with exterior hallways and walk up stairwells. Our team works closely with the group leader and individually with the family members to honor special requests. For instance: we have first floor condos with no stairs, upper condos with sky lights, condos that have different bed sizes for couples or children, and condos close to the meeting room at the Clubhouse!

Family Reunion Meeting Room

The meeting room is located in our centrally located Clubhouse. It is a short walk from most of the condos and just steps away from buildings 1-4.  The meeting room is about 1500 square feet and ideal for meals, gatherings, talent shows and more! Groups of up to 75-100 people are comfortable in a reception style setting. One of the most unique benefits to hosting a reunion at Beaver Village Condos and renting our meeting room is the kitchen. The kitchen has all the amenities for cooking, preparing and sharing family meals! It’s a big convenience to reunion groups that want to spend the day together. The Kitchen is complimented with an exterior deck with chairs, small tables and a gas grill for BBQ’s! If you prefer, we know oif several catering companies that will do the cooking for you!

Our staff is here to help you coordinate rooming lists, special requests and activities. From the time you reserve your family reunion lodging and meeting space until you depart, we are here to assist in making it a wonderful and memorable event.

"Gates Gatherin' 2010 - About 40 of us gathered at Beaver Village Condos from July 29 through August 2 for our family reunion. We came from Illinois, Oregon, California, and from all over Colorado.  The condos were great, especially having the wheelchair accessible unit. Cindy and the staff at the front desk were all very helpful with everything from meeting room requests to getting extra dish towels!  We had a great time and will definitely consider Beaver Village Condos for future gatherings in Winter Park.  Thank You so much!"
