High Speed complimentary wireless internet services have been installed in buildings 5-20 as well as at the Clubhouse. What a convenience! Beaver Village Condominiums is located in the town of Winter Park and just 1.5 miles from the Winter Park Resort. During the winter season, the free town shuttle picks you up at your front door every 30 minutes and takes you directly to the Ski Area.  After skiing or riding, the shuttle will take you directly back to your condominium. To get to town, it is a short easy  walk, drive or free shuttle for dining, shopping and nightlife. Our property is minutes to Winter Park Resort and minutes from town.
