The homes, town homes and cabins, also managed by Destinations West at Beaver Village, are located in Old Town (near the base are of Winter Park Resort), across from the base area in the Lakota Neighborhood (Antlers at Lakota and Dreamcatcher), the town of Winter Park (Elk Run Neighborhood and Leland Creek, plus downtown behind the park).
